Essential Qualification and Experience for Psychology Counsellor Vacancy
Applicants, who have completed their graduation in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development.
OR
Candidates, who have accomplished their Diploma in Nursing. With the completion of this Diploma course, the candidate should have an experience of not less than 3 years in HIV/AIDS.
OR
In the case of those recruited from community of people infected with or affected by HIV/ AIDS, Graduation in any field or Diploma in Nursing along with the experience of 1 year in HIV/ AIDS is mandatory.

Emolument Details
As per the official recruitment notice of IHBAS, the consolidated emolument of the selected candidate will be ₹ 22,744/- with TA per month (As per NACO norms and subject to minimum wages act 1948).
Responsibilities of Psychology Counsellor Vacancy
- Understanding enablers and barriers is OST Delivery at Public Health facilities and community centers (for 6 months duration) and
- Factors influencing access to offline services of Targeted interventions amongst virtually active MSM in Delhi (for 5 months duration)
Age Criteria
To be eligible for this vacancy, the applicants should not exceed the age of 30. The age limit of 30 years should not exceed the last date of receipt of the application, which will be 30 days from the issue date of the Recruitment Notice.

In order to apply for the post of Psychology Counsellor in DSACS Research Projects at IHBAS, applicants should fill out the application form, attach a photo, and include certified copies of their educational and experience certificates. Important Notes:
- If there is a large number of candidates, candidates may have to go through the Theory Test in multiple stages.
- There will be no reimbursement for TA/DA provided for participating in the Skill Test.
- The cut-off date for determining the eligibility and age of 30 years will be on the last date of receipt of the application.
- Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD categories are exempted from upper age limit as per the rules.
- Candidates are required to bring all their original documents for verification when attending the walk-in interviews.
